At 138 Bet I was asked to conceptualise a new user flow for the mobile app. Firstly taking a look at simplifying their current Login & Registration processes. Making sure the user knew where they were within the process was a key element for us, along with making the sign up short and pain free as possible.
My first steps were to fully analyse the current app (web app) and scrutinise the Login & Registration processes to figure out any pain points or steps that could be confusing for the user.
After figuring out some issues with the current app, I then began creating wireframes then basic prototypes implementing visual cues and (or) deleting any needless steps in the current process. (see below)
The new app we developed for 138bet proved to be a success with users, resulting in an impressive increase in sales and revenue. The user-friendly design of the app made it easier for users to understand and navigate, making it an intuitive tool for customers. With its ability to provide a seamless experience, the new app was a game-changer for 138bet.
