I created the idea for In-Reach back in 2011, and have been running the site for about a decade, personally watching it grow from nothing to having almost a 10k collective social media following, and up to 10k monthly unique visitors. Having assembled several likeminded people to work with, myself and the team have now expanded the IR brand to house a Record Label (IRR) In Reach Records. The website is still running to this date but on a slower output still with above 1k organic views per month, which helps drive sales to the record label shop.
